Have you watched this music video? Because if you haven’t you should. This is garage-rock band SSWAMPZZ’s first single and title track off their debut, SLEEPER.
Never in my life have I seen a stranger music video. Though it is creepy and frequently bizarre, it is completely fitting to…
Sweet SSWAMPZZ review from a friend of the cause.

Hello friends! We’re doing another compilation. Same deal as last time. Only this time we have numbers to back us up! If they don’t seem that impressive, well lets see how it’ll do with your band on it then! I’ll some up the original post for Volume 1 and some other details right now:
-Send us a track. We prefer if it were an “exclusive” track. At least for the time being. What we mean by that is-a cool demo, a nice live cut, or even something from an upcoming release. If not it’s not that big of a deal. Just know that we’re more likely to pick an exclusive track over a previously released track if we have to cut down on tracks.
-This comp, unlike others, is strictly free. If you want to be on this and expect us to charge just for one song you wrote, you clearly don’t belong on this comp. We’re not making any money off of this because this is to serve as a promotional-based release.
-Any genre is fine. Look at the first one we released for Jim Stevenson’s sake! We got math, we got some lofi indie, even twee punk! I know most people don’t care, but seriously, people listen to different types of music, why can’t some songs be grouped with others?
-The deadline for this is currently being set for June 23rd. The actual comp will be released on a special day in early July to be determined/announced at a later time. If your band desperately wants on the comp, you can email us with any concerns if you can’t get a track by the deadline.
-Songs from Now Thats What I Call Dad? Volume 1 have hit a grand total greater than 1000 plays! Not to mention that within the first day alone there was more than 50 downloads of the comp.
I know usually numbers are cheap ploys to get you to invest, but let me restate, it’s free. This time bands who approached us about Volume 1 get priority, but for the most part after that it will be selected on a first come first serve basis. You do not have to be on D?C to be eligible but act now! Operators are standingby!

And see how long we can hype the release of a bunch of songs for. Suck it, Chinese Democracy! Anyway, figure out which one of these is true
-Ryan moved to Narnia, TJ bought a zoo, Colin waiting in line for the Dark Knight Rises
-Ryan became a horse jockey, TJ became an actor, Colin became a monk
If you missed it, Good Weak finally released their demo. You can download the 3 songs plus bonus over at http://goodweak.bandcamp.com/
